Ch 103 Use Some Black

WOW.... I was kind of expecting Halloween!
What a fine example of how to use black by the Dreamy DT ladies...
If you want to do Halloween, thats great...
All you have to do is add some black!

EVERY WEEK we have lovely entires that can not be considered 
because of being entered in the wrong catagory,
and a few of my eagle eyed DT gals notice and share that info
with the other DT members at voting time!

BEGINNER
A beginner is someone who has placed in 3 or less Magnolia only challenges.This would be any placement of a top 3 or 5 in a Magnolia challenge. We are not referring to a random winner. We are talking about being selected by the 
owner or the DT in their top selections.
Beginners may enter the Intermediate or expert catagory if they choose.

INTERMEDIATE
 An intermediate crafter is someone who has placed in 6 or less Magnolia only challenges. This would be any placement of a top 3 or 5 in a Magnolia challenge. We are not referring to a random winner. We are talking about being selected by the owner or the DT in their top selections.
Intermediates may enter the expert catagory if they choose.

EXPERT
 An expert crafter is someone who has placed in more than 7 Magnolia only challenges. This would be any placement of a top 3 or 5 in a Magnolia challenge. We are not referring to a random winner. We are talking about being selected by the owner or the DT in their top selections.
